Processing Time: All our handcrafted products are made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended, but we will always strive to get your order out to you as promised.

Shipping Methods: We offer free standard shipping for all orders using USPS. This shipping method typically takes 6-10 business days for delivery, depending on your location and any potential delays in postal services. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control.  However, other shipping options are offered for your convenience.

Order Tracking: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.

Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances where unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or other factors, could lead to shipping delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and assure you that we are actively working to minimize any potential disruptions.

International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within The United States and Canada. We do not provide other international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.  However, if there is a special oder large enough to justify the international logistic process, we can work with you.  You can send us an RFQ at Support@niviari.com and we will try our best to assist you.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders. No additional shipping fees will be applied to your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to make any modifications.
